Hope all is well with you, I wanted to email to share my good news. Like
you, I have really benefitted from doing the cleanse. Before I left, I was
struggling with my work schedule, I had joint pain and fatigue. Nerve damage
from surgery had made it painful to exercise.

... I'm now back, doing a modified urban cleanse,  feeling at least eighty five percent better, and   able to get back to my old life. Amazing!

Thank you for your encouraging emails which helped prompt me to book my
