Mine is down by 20 per cent following my March outing on the Cumuru Cleanse

These images are from my DEXA Scan that I had done before and after the LCF (low calorie fast )

This proves that the adipose tissue lost in this type of fasting, at least in my case comes from the important area. I suspect this will prove true for others also. I plan to add such a pre and post cleanse scan to the program for those interested. Its a great motivator and anything that helps us focus on health is always a good thing.
