TENDING YOUR INNER GARDEN...

Thank you Mr O 'Donoghue for asking me to talk at the 7th Galway Garden Festival which was held at the magnificently restored Clare Galway Castle. Despite the traffic jams which were of biblical proportions, I made it on time....... My talk was about tending to our inner gardens and the health  benefits of fasting/cleanse.... I think it fitted in well between lectures on the Evolution of a Garden  by Helen Dillon and Chekovs Healing Gardens by Dr Rosamund Bartlett....
